...I used to pick tea with my grandma and I was sooooo young, like my memory barely forming so I couldn't remember the steps and what to do 😂 but this was a great video to remind me. I do remember picking some in the Spencer Valley/ mentmore area and I remember canyons and wild horses in the area. grandma always had scissors and corn pollen and water when we picked tea. corn pollen to say thanks and pray. scissors to cut and water on the plant after we cut so they can grow more... 😊

I love piñon. Unfortunately, I have no way of going piñon picking since we live in Las Cruces. Few piñon trees around here. The cost of piñon by the vendors I see occasionally has exploded! I can no longer afford to buy piñon because they cost $40/pound. That is way more than I'm willing to pay. I'd be willing to drive to Northern New Mexico to pick pinion but I know zero a bout where to go looking for them. A very nice video. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed your video.
